Never heard such a load of tosh in all my life.

There no more commitment to a contract, no loyalty to club, fellow players and fans? Is he not able to take on the challenge of fighting for a cause, to gel the team into a world class unit, he's 25 years old but is going to jump ship and 'no one should blame him' ? Feck me, are you a retard?

I don't understand you lot, the first sign of a rumour of a 'supposed' comment made by a lad who's said countless times he's happy at Anfield and you just roll over and accept he's history?

Makes he sick it really does. Go support the Bitters, they're miserable tw@ts as well.

I said I wouldn't be mad at him if he leaves not that I'd pay for the f*cking cab. Jeez.

I'm not "rolling over", I'm just saying that if it does happen I would not blame him, and nobody f*cking should because he's the best striker in the Premier League playing for a mid table team.

As for if I personally think weather he'll leave or not, if you read my previous posts you'll see that I think that he'll give us at least one more season. But there's always a possibility that he'll leave even this summer for a club that can actually challenge for major titles, not for 4th spot in the damn league. Wake up Reg, we ain't in the 70ies. Heck, even if we were, players of his class wouldn't remain with a mediocre clubs.

It is a sad day when the club with the biggest trophy cabinet in the premiership is referred to as a mediocre mid table club. I know exactly where you are coming from but it is still a very depressing outlook. I prefer to drink out of Reg's glass.

It's not my outlook, I'm sure we'll be back there soon, but you have to look this from Suarez's perspective. He can't spend his career in hope that we MIGHT get back  to challenging for every title when he can (and deserves to) play for a club that actually does challenge right now. Don't get me wrong, I'm drinking from the same glass you and Reg are, I'm just trying to explain why we shouldn't be angry with Suarez if he decides to leave.

Having said all that, I'll just repeat that I believe that Suarez will stay for at least one more season.

If Suarez has the chance to play his football at the Allianz Arena or Bernabeu who could blame him. If I was him
I would be off like a shot next year and good luck to the lad.

Liverpool is our club and we wouldnt change it for the world but come on look at those clubs and arenas to ours
now, there is simply no comparison.

Put it this way if Suarez does stay another year he truly a one off because there are few that would turn down
the lure of the clubs that will be chasing him, very few.

As others have mentioned I could never fault him for leaving in the summer but as long as he makes sure not to pull a Torres on us that is. Let the market dictate the prize. My guess is around 55-60 million.

Our team sadly enough will not reach CL footie and as a footballer of his quality he deserves to at least give it a shot. Whoever gets him will be lucky. To me he is just a notch under Messi in terms of quality.

If he chose to stay I would be even happier but I doubt it.

I would be very annoyed if he left. He signed a contract extension in the last summer pledging he believed in Brendans vision with that contract extension he got a pay rise.

After one year if he is ready to jump ship then i would be very dissapointed

Totally agree with LFC1990.

Let's pack in all this "I wouldn't blame him if he left" cr.ap. Just so that you know where I'm coming from, I am a massive fan of Luis Suarez and I detest everything about Patrice Evra. However it is reasonable to say that Luis was involved in the problem guilty or not. The management and the players, including Glen Johnson, showed a level of public support towards Luis that is seldom witnessed in sport. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but at the time the club thought they were doing the right thing and I admire them for that. Last season Luis was as much a part of the problem as anybody else. He couldn't score in the proverbial brothel !! Ok slight exaggeration but his shots  to goals ratio was awful. This season he has been magnificent and has justified his huge increase in wages. Personally I think he owes us a little more than one very good season for everything the club has been through. Yes he deserves to be playing at the highest level but I'd like to think that we can provide him with the platform he deserves in the not too distant future.

At least by doing so it guarantees that we'll get a large sum of money if he leaves. Be worse if he let his contract run down and then left for relatively cheap.

I think he'll probably stay for one more year at least.  I couldnt blame him if he left though.  He'll probably be offered much more money and a chance to compete on a bigger stage than we can.

Uruguay teammate reckons loyalty will keep the striker at Anfield but eventually he'll need to play in the Champions League

Luis Suarez is ready to let his heart rule his head and stay with Liverpool.

But Suarez's Uruguayan striker partner Edinson Cavani has warned Brendan Rodgers that he will lose the 26-year-old if he fails to deliver a top-four finish next season to take the Reds back into the Champions League.

Cavani, the Napoli hit-man who will be a £50million target for Manchester City this summer, is a close friend and confidante of Suarez.

And he says the Reds cult-hero feels compelled to stay at Anfield for another season because he is loved by the fans.

But Canvani said: "The fact is that Luis is one of the top strikers in the world and he wants to be playing Champions League football.

"Of course, Liverpool are not going to make it this season.

"But of they don't make it next season then they will have a problem.

"Luis would love to play in the Champions League with Liverpool.

"But if he can't then a player of his quality needs to play for a club where he can.

"I know it meant a lot when Liverpool stood by him through some tough times – and he has a lot of love for the club and their fans."

Suarez has been branded a racist and a cheat following a series of controversial incidents since arriving at Liverpool in a £23million deal from Ajax in January 2010.

But his brilliance has shone this season and his 29 goals have put him in the frame for the Footballer of the Year award.

Liverpool chief executive Ian Ayre claimed that Suarez was misquoted during the week when the player claimed he would be open to talk to any team that could offer him Champions League football.

And Cavani's quotes would suggest that Suarez is ready to commit himself to the Merseysiders for another 12 months- despite reported interest from Juventus and City.

Cavani admitted that Suarez is also trying to convince him to swap serie A for the Champions League.

He added: "When I speak with Luis he speaks with admiration about Liverpool and the Premier League.

"He even encourages me to play in England."

Good read there benny.

Looks as if Suarez will do the right thing. I think all us fans just want some loyalty from our players. I mean if Gerrard wanted to leave then there really couldnt be anyone out there who would blame him. He has stucky by us for so many years that he probably wont win the premier league.

Suarez on the other hand looks as though he will be true to his word and give this revolution of Brendans a chance.

Yes I still won't be surprised if he leaves in the summer

We have heard all these soundbites from lots of players only for them to leave.
