I'm guessing that would have been a more than opportune time to step in with your no doubt perfectly manicured
toes and proffer a reply   ???

I ignored it, because you were clearly looking for an argument and as someone who prides himself as having a modicum of maturity I wasn't about to start a petty string of name calling or start a mini competition of "who is the bigger and better Liverpool supporter", I might have done that when I was 9, but at the age of 23, I have far better things to be doing with my free time.

What makes me an exceptional fan? Now where have I said I am an exceptional fan? Indeed would I call myself an exceptional fan? No, I wouldn't and why? Well I probably attend four matches a season (if I am lucky), so I cannot possibly call myself an exceptional fan because there are supporters of this football club who pump a large amount of money into this club by following Liverpool football club anywhere and everywhere. I choose to ignore your posts Red BeerGoggles because they aren't worthy of a reply. If you want to debate football, that's cool beans with me, but your idea of debate seems to be hurling abuse at someone who doesn't share your view point on a specific subject matter. I find people like you tedious to say the very least and have no interest in discussing anything with 30+ year old loud mouth who acts tough on the Internet, but probably is anything but tough off the Internet. Keyboard warrior comes to mind.

I must have missed where I threatened you with violence (sort of dismisses your claims of playing tough on the internet )  ,perhaps you could point that out ?
I did however claim to find your posts (however steeped in 23 yrs of vast experience of following Liverpool they obviously are) extremely dull .
So please don't play the maturity card ....I have fucking socks older than you lad . I find your posts particularly annoying because your yet another
glorified wannabe blog  writer who has this overwhelming urge to be heard ....you know the "LISTEN TO ME" Brigade .

Anyway your on ignore as I would sooner endure a boil being lanced on my bellend than read your Daily Mail copy and paste .

I honestly don't know why Kenny was not given another season. However, he is gone now so we need to ensure that we get the right manager in who will turn it round. What upsets me as that I had faith that Kenny would have been that man.

Sadly, FSG have kneejerked big time. For me, we need to get Rafa back. Imagine what he could do with £100,000,000, just don't mention net spend!!!

You're right, Ayre was part of that set up, but since then he has covered himself in glory as one of the brave few who had the audacity to help oust H&G. Funny how good news can bury bad news.

As for Rafa's headstrong nature, just like Kenny that's what we need. I seriously don't understand the need for a DOF. Ok, fair enough for Kenny who was away from the game for some time it would help to have someone who knew the market (like that worked).

I agree with you though that it looks like the owners want a young manager who they can manipulate as opposed to a proven winner who has faith in their ability to manage and build a winning team.

I have a bad feeling they will go for AVB. (Young, out of the job, no paying compensation to current club)

Listened to and watched a lot of what has been said on the forums, sky and radio.

My belief is that this is 100% down to the Luis Suarez race row and the way it was handled. The owners as well as some of our major sponsors (Standard Chartered being the main one) are absolutely livid about the whole affair, the way the club handled it and especially Kenny's role in the whole thing. The main people involved (bar Suarez) at the club in the aftermath have gone as a result. I fear Suarez may also be a goner as FSG look for a clean slate. I hope not as we should be building a team around Suarez.

All the names mentioned today do not excite me. Lambert, Rogers & Martinez are all very good managers but they are nowhere near ready to take on the job at our great club. Lambert, Rogers or Martinez would see us take a massive risk and would potentially end up being our AVB moment!!!

We are Liverpool Football, one of the biggest football institutes in the WORLD
We are still one of the TOP 8 clubs in the world
We have a fantasic support base that can only get better with a bigger/new stadium,
We have superb revenue streams both at home and overseas
We CAN attract a top managers and we CAN attract top talent to Anfield

IMO we are not 100mls away from a very good side. I look back to run up to Xmas when we played teams off the park but could score in a brothel. We need to add another centre half, some width, a creative midfielder and a striker who knows how to hit the back of the net. This follows a clearout of 6-8 players of course.

I am absolutely gutted to see KK leave the club but we have to move onwards and upwards. Whoever gets the job will get 100% from the fans. I trust FSG have LFC's best interests at hearts and I trust their judgement on getting the best man for the job.

He might not be a bad choice, providing he is given full backing in the transfer market. I think his time at Chelsea has dented his reputation as a rising manager and that's unfortunate. Chelsea was just the wrong club for him, they're a club that sacked Carlo Ancelotti, a fantastic manager by all accounts. I wouldn't be opposed to Andre-Villas Boas coming to Liverpool. If he's given £100m worth of investment I believe he'd have us challenging for a top four spot.

I'll back whoever the manager is but as for AVB, i'm concerned that as well as his reputation being dented, has it tarnished his belief and passion or has it ignited it where he will want to prove a point? Skrtel and Agger have the pace to keep that famous "high line" the journos  bleated on about during AVB's tenure at Chelsea so he could work with us.

However, I think we need to go for tried and tested who has experience of the top level in the prem and Europe and that man is Rafa Benitez.

The Premiership and La Liga are best leagues in the world and within those leagues there are only so many teams that can realistically challenge for Champions League football, and ultimately the league. Believe you me, the Liverpool job is still massive and we would be selling ourselves short going after the likes of Brendan Rodgers, Paul Lambert and Roberto Martínez. Between them they have very little experience and haven’t managed at the top level. They are still a job or two away from being able to manage a club like ours.

Off the top of my head my shortlist would be Carlo Ancelotti (PSG), Ottmar Hitzfeld (Switzerland), Jurgen Klopp (Borussia Dortmund), Guus Hiddink (Anzhi), Jose Mourinho (Real Madrid), Frank de Boer (Ajax), Laurent Blanc (France), Fabio Capello (Unemployed) and Rudi Garcia (Lille).

I agree, but I don't think they'll appoint Rafa Benitez purely for the fact he's an ex-manager. I reckon they'll go with someone new.

wasnt keen on ayres statement during the suarez thing either tbh, bit of a pontius pilate job imo.
i hope we dont get AVB, managing in portugal is nothing like managing over here, an average manager has just took over a side he had looking like a shambles and got them to the CL final. if he has a bad start here everyone will be thinking here we go again, it`s chelsea mark ii.
every week the likes of hansen was on match of the day ripping the way he set out his defence.
