I read through all of that Bob and the the one word which stood out for me was "option". At least we seem to have stopped using "possibility" so we're half way there :cool:

Maybe there's a more invigorating Spanish translation for "option" and we're just misinterpreting Rafa?

In all seriousness, I find it interesting that there was none of the options or possibilities talk when discussing Torres and Gerrard up top. It's only a few lines in an article (maybe Joe, who's seen the actual interview can elaborate) but it suggests to me that Rafa considers that 'strike partnership' pretty nailed on for the coming season.

Benitez is again doing his washing in public & I am getting tired with it, “It will be difficult bringing him here” too bloody right mate.
Oh & if we’re so desperate for wingers why is he loaning our best young player to Forrest. Paul Anderson should be getting a chance this season but is again off to the lower leagues. Plessis got a chance & Anderson is a far more seasoned player who would really benefit playing with better players rather than fighting for life in the championship.

i think villa is a brillant player & would love him come here

but 2 be honest i would rather us buy 2 world class wingers

people have said move gerrard over 2 the right winger but weve all seen in the past what a baby he is when he doesnt get his own way

i reme,ber after the season he scored 24 goals he decided he didnt want 2 play there, id be screamin at the telly because everytime we attacked thered be loads of space on the right but he would always drift in & it really did contribute 2 r bad start that season

as much as i love stevie he is selfish................play anywhere 4 the team my :censored:
