WATCH SPAIN LIVE ONLY ON LFC TV
Jimmy Rice 13 October 2009

LFC TV will become the world's first club channel to broadcast a live competitive full international match when Fernando Torres and his Spanish teammates take on Bosnia-Hercegovina on Wednesday night.

UK viewers will be able to watch the World Cup Qualifier live on LFC TV or through Liverpoolfc.tv with an e-Season Ticket.

With Torres, Pepe Reina and Albert Riera potentially involved, this is a must-see clash for Liverpool supporters – and LFC TV is the only place Spanish fans in the UK will be able to watch the game on their television screens.

Kopites will be praying Torres comes through the fixture unscathed ahead of a crucial week in our season.

Liverpool's No.9, who has been in awesome form for the Reds this term, limped off during his country's victory over Armenia at the weekend but a scan last night revealed no muscle damage.

Spain are one of only two continental teams with a 100 per cent qualifying record.

The European champions have been in scintillating form, scoring 23 goals and conceding just three in their nine games to date.

Their place in South Africa next summer is already secure - but the likes of Reina and Riera will be going all-out to impress boss Vicente Del Bosque as he looks to finalise his World Cup squad.

Though Spain have a number of injuries ahead of the Group 5 encounter, stars such as Xabi Alonso, David Silva and Andres Iniesta are all set to line up.

The game kicks off at 7pm, so make sure you're tuned into LFC TV or the official website from 6.45pm.

LFC TV was previously only available as part of the Setanta Sports Pack but this season the club have made the channel available for free on Sky Channel 434 and as part of the XL Package Virgin Media channel 544.

If you haven't seen LFC TV before, this is your chance to watch the first channel dedicated entirely to England's most successful football club for free.

Ill be sh.itting meself watching that though , fecking hell i hope Torres dosnt play,
Them two putting us through more agony by making us watch this praying that our players stay injury free, i blame them because they must have bought the match  :nod

Thats' not a bad channel Nan. I was watching the goals from 89-90 earlier today. Barnes, Beardsley and Rush - pure class. I would love to have John Barnes at his peak playing in our current team.

I watch it every day  love it. It was just me being sarky , blaming them two again  for making us go through the agony of seeing if Fernando plays or gets injured.

The acoustics when they are talking in the studio is fecking terrible I have to turn the volume up an extra few notches just to make out what they are saying. Good channel though otherwise.

A win or a draw sees them through. A defeat and Uruguay claim the final automatic spot. At that point Argentina would then be relying on a draw or a Chile win in the Ecuador-Chile encounter in order to claim the play-off spot (which would be against Honduras or Costa Rica). If Ecuador win and Uruguay win, they are out, simple as that.

I think this a very tricky fixture for the Argies. Away against a fairly decent team with a very experienced manager.

I'd be inclined to say DRAW or URUGUAY win as the Argies don't seem to have the tactical nous to hold out for a draw, and we know how weak they've been defensively.

1-1 or 2-1 Uruguay.

And again. I would start picking him over rooney. Like he did at Liverpool, crouch scores goals, so why he is constantly overlooked just baffles me.
