Great news for the club.

In a season of mediocrity he's been the far the shining light. Perfomances have been top class infront of what has been less than a convincing defence at times. Undoubtedly the bst in the League and one of the best in the World. I's a mark of how good Casillas is when he keeps Pepe out of the Spain side.

Love the guy.

Such a reliable player and someone you can count on for the last line of defense. Cant remember a mistake from him that cost us a goal.

my 2nd favourite player  :love: 

:p everton away a few seasons back he had the wobbles..

fa cup final too....

but he's the best PL keeper for sure , and great at karaoke :cool:

Yeah, I should have put the last mistake that cost us a goal but then you reminded me. But the rate of the mistake is so low that's normal for a human, same for other world class goalkeeper as well.

Absolutely delighted the Lads signed ,he exemplifies the standard of player Liverpool should be attracting ,best keeper in the World at the moment and should be Spain's no.1

bruce grobbelaar was a fine keeper too, but we kept him for too long and (as far as i'm concered) he was past his best by 1990

That is excellent news as also it shows he has confidence in the team and the manager and hopefully where the team is going.
