Yes, there are always possibilities. You have the streams, in which you barely see who's who and you miss a lot of details, and to make it worse one of the  stream providers have limited outside UK connections. The streams are like finding a job in the XIX century, come here, go to the match thread seek, and be lucky. :D

Alternatively you can wait a few hours, 2 or 3, normally and download the game from sites like www.fbtz.com. When the game is not available in tv I preffer to wait to watch the game as streams are dispairing.

No no, don't get me wrong, i hope he turns out to be a mammoth signing for us, in more ways than one. I'm just stating that i've seen him play probably more than most on this forum and thus, gives me a better heads up than others.

I ain't no rank Rangers supporter either, but i've watched Soto get turned inside out by bellow average Scottish strikers in the past. His favoured tactic is to manhandle and maul them off the ball and use his physical strength. We all know that will be free-kick after free-kick in the Premiership.

Fingers crossed though. :)

But didn't we try and sign Upson for 17 million quid, meaning that our fourth choice centre back would probably be Agger who cost 5 million quid a few years back*   ???

* I hesitate to quote a value for one of our players, as I know the current trend is to dispute such things. "If you take into account the Euro's rate against the pound at the time, consider that they owed us money for whatsisname and take that off what we owed them, before adding in the add ons and taking off the add ins that we didn't have to pay as he was on a loyalty bonus, that means that he actually cost us (insert a value here which is normally about 65% of what the accepted given price is in the media).

Such calcualtions mean that Johnson only cost us 6 million, Aquilani only cost us 5 million because we only have to pay the rest later on, and we only lost 1 million on Keane after buying him for 20 and selling him for 12.

Anyway I always find such calculations confusing, but as I say I was under the impression we paid around 5 million for Agger, but the reality is they probably paid us 3 million to take him of their hands when all things are considered.

Suffice to say though whichever way you look at it, had we signed Upson we would have been left with a fairly pricey fourth choice.

Did we bid 17 mil for upson Mick ? it was reported in one paper but no one  else mentioned a thing about it and has been stated why would Rafa refuse to pay anymore than 7 mil for turner and 6 mil for shawcross then all off a sudden bid 17 mil for Upson ?? it was just another of those Rafa to leave rumours becuase someone mentioned the fact the bank manager supposedly refused to sanction  ???  more sh.it stirring from the media

Oh and teams have bid for upson - a midlands team bid just over 7 for him and a london team 8 mil for him - and thats from a very good source .

Well it was just speck-you-lay-shun granted, but even then these things do have an annoying habit of being true.

So Alonso going to Madrid represented only .011% of specualtion ??? What about the speculation, denied by Rafa, that Keane was going to return to Tottenham? I think that 0.011% figure must be not including add-ons, taking off the percentage that was owed to us by the media and taking into account up front percentages mate. Given that, I'm susprised the figure is as high as you indicate, but I stand corrected anyway.
