yeah rb he is solid as well - but give him a few minutes in cc games and during dead games in the cl and towards the end of prem games where it is run and his experience goes up - the lad can certainly tackle very well and was very impressed with how cleanly he can tackle - need to see how he is with high balls thou .

If we get both aquliani and silva i'd be more than happy because we are a stronger squad on paper than we were with alonso , question marks whether they can adapt or not though

well we had roughly 40 mil to spend - 30 mil from xabi the rest from the other sales this season - take away the 18 on aquaman and your left with 22ish mil :;):

FFS 15 million euros is about 10 million pounds , now that would have been a good price for backup striker , i'm sure he'd be able to lead the line well if torres was ever absent . Ah well you miss some.

Deco fell from favour after arriving at Chelsea in an £8m move from Barcelona in the summer of 2008 - and recently admitted he hoped to be reunited with Mourinho in Italy.

And Carvalho, a success at Stamford Bridge but restricted by injury to only 18 appearances last season, has revealed he wants to leave Chelsea after five years.

Mourinho also said Serie A champions Inter had heard nothing from Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur about midfielder Patrick Vieira, who has been linked with a move to the Gunners - his former club - or their North London rivals.

"If they want him, they have to let us know," he said. "I have to say until this moment, no Tottenham, no Arsenal. They have not contacted us."

There is a lot of talk that Valencia has offered Silva to us but Rafa has turned him down saying we cant fit him into the team. Load of sh!t if you ask me

Bit shortsighted by Rafa that mate, he would strengthen our reserve team nicely, and he might get a game or two in the League cup

I doubt Silva has been offered to us as Valencia couldn't organise a p1ss up in a brewery.

But i still believe Rafa will try and get Silva or Mata.
