If these rumours are true about him wanting Gaz feckin baz over Keane what a pathetic defensive line up it would have been. Two attacking players feck me. And if Torres was rested Deadly Dirk upfront.

I’m sure Rafa wanted Keane, but not for 20 million. I just can’t see how Parry would be allowed to go out buy a player without getting approval from Rafa.

But the deal was done and the price should then have been irrelevant and Rafa should have made the most of his signing but it has been a complete flop.

I think the club would be better without Keane. He has played games, not performed well, and its one less thing the press can go on about. Sucks that he was a boy hood fan of Liverpool, and it didn't work out. Some things just aren't meant to be.

The banning took place due to the story they ran yesterday about rafa putting on weight due to the amount of Jaffa Cakes he eat.
