We are going to compose a new tale using the following criteria:
1. Add your birthdate to your birth month - along with your AGE.
(example - 17th + April + 40 = 61) Got that?
2. Grab hold of any book (Fiction OR non-fiction) closest to you and locate the page number relative to the figure deduced above...so in my case, I'd look for page 61 right!
3. Now, add the current date to the month along with the year.
4. That figure is used to determine which sentence is used to form your entry into the 'story' we are compiling. Count down along the text until you reach the (27th) sentence in THIS case and add it into our thread.
So to get things underway I'll start with this one. You lot carry on after (if yer like...)

Such idle witticisms did not escape the notice of the secret police, NKVD agents in plain clothes often queued up in food lines to eavesdrop on shoppers .
