Such cavalier defending has been a worrying trait this season, fortunate that Newcastle or Spurs were not able to capitalise and Galatasary were guilty of poor finishing in the first half. I was going mad hoping for Rafa to take out Garcia and replace him with Sissoko when we were 3-0 up and kept getting opened up by Galatasary's crosses from the wings.

Good game! If Hakan Sukur played a little better (at finishing), things could have been different for us,Umit Karan is a prolific goal scorer, I'm happy that he scored twice.And also I have to add my appreciation to Crouch,it's unbelievable to see a 6 ft 6 inc footballer scoring a goal like the third one!!! Anyway see u in Istanbul !!!!
