Hang on - there's no mention of this anywhere on lfc.tv. From what I've seen, they never run with stories based on rumours. Unless you're talking out of your ******, can you link to your source for this story?

On Baros though - basically, the guy is an awesome prospect. Full of running, committed, a great finisher and let's face it he's been devastating at international level. If GH hadn't felt so hand-tied by Owen's contract, I'm sure he'd have started him ahead of Owen on many occasions. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Baros was in the running for top scorer at Euro 2004.

I was reluctant to see Heskey go on the basis of some of his late season performances, but on the whole I can understand cutting losses on him if Cisse is a done deal. However, I can see absolutely no logic behind Baros being sold. If he fulfils his potential, he'll make Van Nistelrooy look like the Lineker-alike box-hogger that he very blatantly is.

But yeah, anyway - I think the original poster is talking ******.
