Liverpool have confirmed that the first leg of their Champions League third round qualifier will take place away from Anfield.
The Reds must overcome FKB Kaunas at Anfield to progress into the third round but, assuming they successfully protect their 3-1 lead on Tuesday night, they will be travelling to either Sofia or Tirana next week.
The exact date for the clash against CSKA Sofia or KF Tirana is still to be agreed. Sofia lead 2-0 from their first leg clash.
The home leg of the third round tie will take place at Anfield on Tuesday August 23. The kick-off time is still to be confirmed.

couldn't you have just put this on the champions league qualifier thread instead of creating a new one?
No I couldn't.

You're telling me something about irony yet you can't spell it correctly.
Good threads? I haven't seen any lately to be honest.
