Playing up front yesterday he got straight into the action and was unlucky with his attempt even though I thought he should have crossed it. He also showed that he hasnt lost his brilliant pace while he was recovering. On the counter we looked strong with his pace and if he's up to it I would start him on tuesday and possibly against boro at the weekend.

Baros other than the header wasn't involved in the game at all. Cisse come on and had a shot after only 2 minutes of taking to the pitch, yes, it was wild, but it was only his 2nd touch. He was confident to take it on which is a good sign. He helped us on the counter, when he got fouled by Makelle he shown his pace was scaring them. He then gave Carvalho a 3-4 yard head start on him and tapped it past him and his pace was amazing considering the amount of time he has been out. His commitment is sheer class, he got tackled on the touchline, he thought it was a foul, it got awarded against him, he was up like a shot fighting the cause, he really wanted it. I know his work rate was criticised but since returning from injury it has improved. He was our most lively player against Palace, things ARE looking up.
I also believe that Ráfa prefers Djibs ahead of Milan.
