Mike Riley will take charge of our visit to Manchester City this coming Saturday. This will be the first time our paths have crossed since he refereed the second leg of our Carling Cup Semi-final clash against Watford. This will be his second visit of the season to the City of Manchester Stadium, as he was there back in November for the 2-0 defeat of Aston Villa. In a quirk of fate, Riley refereed both Liverpool - Manchester City Premiership encounters last season.
