I am sick of this guy being on as much money per week and giving us zip all in return.

I have been Harry's biggest fan in the past, and I have begged many Liverpool fans to show him patience and give the lad a break, but I have now had it up to here!!

Would you ask to be substituted during a cup final for your "boyhood heroes" ??

I am really at the end of my tether with Harry.

Leon i made a topic just b4 harry got injured saying he was the most overpayed lazy half hearted pile of sh!te i have seen in a Liverpool shirt, if harry was a bad player i wouldnt have said this but the fact that its clear he possess the abilty just pisses me off even more, to be going into a european cup with injurys we have got and harry has the cheek to sya to rafa "sorry boss but me ankles playing up a bit im not going to be able to go" is the most pathetic thing ive ever heard, i bet giving half the chance Alonso would have been on the pitch broken ankle or not. We dont need this greedy, lazy tw@t at the club any longer......Get rid as soon as possible cos we all know what is gonna happen next, harry gets injured, harry makes come back, harry has one good game, people say harry is back, people say give harry a break, people say give him another chances.....then harry gets a broken nail and is out for 2 months again. Regardless of wether harry gets his form back or not i for one, along with most liverpool supporters and rafa i hope, have had enough of his sh!t....And also about his operation he could have had it in the summer when he was off but he decided to go jet setting with his bird.
Chopper:Look, you're not still angry at me about the leg, are you?
Neville Bartos : Nah, forget about it.
Chopper : Because I don't know if you remember, Neville, but I had that bloody shotgun pointed at your head. I reconsidered and dropped it down to your kneecap. Remember?

Harry Kewell was brilliant when playing for Leeds and especially excelled against Liverpool. Since coming to Liverpool, he has been mostly awful.

This may be a bit harsh but my personal belief is that Kewell seems to be more naturally gifted than Duff but since coming to Liverpool, he has not shown even a fraction of Duff's determination. Given that he has been behaving like a total pr!ck (I concur with most oponions here about his behaviour and also his attitude and lack of effort in games for us) and has done nothing much, who would want to pay so much for him? If we get a decent offer, ditch him at the earliest opportunity as he has loads of issues in his head.

You would rather an injury prone-half talented Smicer than someone the likes of Kewell, who can produce a top class campaign? We should dock his pay first, and get him in the surgeons office, and give him another year. If he doesnt produce, get rid of him.

Kewells agent released a statement saying that Harry has underperformed for a few seasons and is upset about it etc.

I admire RB's management skills and it looks to me like Kewell now knows he is on thin ice if not broken ice and any more shenanigans and he is history.  The point is if he goes it will only be downwards and he knows that.

If this is the case and HK and his advisors now know who is in charge and the stark reality of what will happen then it could benefit us as he has to be 100% motivated and charged just to have a future at the club

Smicer's contract is up this summer - he may be going as well. Rafa will clear out the dead wood this summer - or as much as he can afford to anyway. If you don't have a "winning mentality" and it seems HK does not, you are history under this guy - make no mistake he's ruthless. He will put us back where we all want to be.

el_stinger, if there is one current Liverpool player who I really dislike is Smicer because personally I think he is utterly cr@p but was bought by Foolier because he came from RC Lens, a club Foolier managed at one time, and this exasperating Smicer is lightweight, loses possession far too easily, can't pass a ball properly, can't beat anybody, can't shoot and aby attacks which involve him will more often than not break down after he receives the ball because he is very adept at losing possession. Annoyingly, he started far too often under Houllier despite contributing next to nothing (apart from scoring opportunist goals).

Early on, there was an offer from the Saints for some 1.5 million but the move broke down because this cr@p of a player demanded too much pay. He is out of contract this summer and if he goes, it could not be soon enough for me.

Biscan, despite his limitations, is at least useful at doing covering work in front of the defense. I don't know what quality Houllier sees in him apart from having played for one of his previous clubs.

Kewell is a different kettle of fish. Very talented, very highly paid yet has never shown much passion or desire to play to the max when he is wearing Liverpool's colours. Added to these, he seems to have some sort of 'mental' thing which indicates that he is not a player Liverpool should keep because he seemed not interested enough to play for Liverpool.

Replying to the last post, I'm sure when Kewell signed for us he came out and said he was a Liverpool fan and thats what made him want to sign for Liverpool as soon as he heard we came in for him.

I agree with the comments on he's not proved his worth and he's paid much too highly but to question whether he wants to play for us or not I think is a bit harsh.

Kewell has had long enough, he needs to either have this op in the summer and play well next season or fook off cos we can't afford to carry baggage anymore.

Our man Rafa has many qualities. Not least among them is his refusal to be flucked about by anyone. My suspicion is we are nearing the end of the Kewell saga. Either we will see a dramatic improvement in his demeanour or he will be gone. Unfortunately given his contract, not for very much.
Speaking as one who has berated Houlliers transfer record however, I think in this particular case he is largely blameless. I, along with everybody else thought he was a great signing at the time. Alas, sofar that is not the case by a long chalk.

Is that from the merchant of Venice ?? :D

Seriously though, Kewell has lost a lot of respect for the way he is going about playing for the Reds.

I think his self inflated ego along with the obvious ****** lickings from his agent have made him think he is above everyone else.

I for one would (reluctantly) rather see him shipped out, and we can split his £60K weekly wage between Carragher and Warnock........

Yeah Bludger is a term used to describe a bum, someone who lives off others eg. Unemployment benefits.

Its sad to see, cos Harry is suck a great player, only time will tell what'll happen to him. I stick by my other comments somewhere on another thread that Harry will be sold to a spanish club, and the transfer $$$ will be used to swap over a few players.

Dunno if this has been posted before, but in the Observer today it's reported that Harry made a total of 19 million quid out of signing for us.
