"We have lost the last three games but we have a game straight away to put things right. This is a good chance to get to a cup final and we go into the game with confidence"

he is right but we colud have done that in the fa cup  after the loss to man u.

"The supporters say 'You'll Never Walk Alone' and we are together and will get through this. When you are not playing well you need to work hard and do the best for the club."

also true ...my god he is strating to sound like a liverpool manager to me know
this is more like ...i like what i am hearing lets get on with the games and get some good wins now .

he can now talk the talk now lets see walk the walk
this is the first time he has come out with stuff like this and i think it what needed to be said.

RAFA - A WIN WILL MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
Steve Hunter 24 January 2005
Rafael Benitez says he knows Liverpool are not playing well at the moment but added he and his players are working as hard as ever to put things right and is in a confident frame of mind ahead of the Watford match.
Benitez says more hard work and effort is needed to put things right and said the players want to please the supporters by getting to Cardiff in the Carling Cup Final.

Benitez said: "In football sometimes you win but sometimes you lose. We are very disappointed and me and the players feel the same as the supporters. We can change the situation and we all have a responsibility to work hard.

"The supporters say 'You'll Never Walk Alone' and we are together and will get through this. When you are not playing well you need to work hard and do the best for the club.

"We have lost the last three games but we have a game straight away to put things right. This is a good chance to get to a cup final and we go into the game with confidence.

"In the first game Watford had two or three good chances but after watching the video of the game I think we controlled the game. We won't go there thinking it will be easy and it will be difficult for us, but as always the idea is to work hard, play well and win."

Lakes I think you're going over the line. This isn't the first time that Rafa has said something, pay attention a bit more.

I read LFC.tv headlines every day and no this is not the first time he has said something directly to the fans.

You've been waiting for Rafa to make a mistake so you can say "I told you so" because you've been saying that Rafa is not the man for us since the early part of this season

A.B i still dont think he is the man for the job and i have been saying that before the season started.

i also read the LFC.tv headlines every day  and i know what he has been saying but what i am trying to say is that this time what he has said appeals to me for one the first time..thats all i am trying to say.

at least i am running him down today so i am getting better

Don't take this personally but you're f#cking c#nt. You've been waiting for a reason to get on Rafa's back. For the love of LFC don't post that Martin O' Neil should be the manager instead.
