Attack me all you want but I knew we'd lose this game.

Serious questions must now be asked about the manager.

Our form is all over the place, and although not helped by injuries, there seems to be nothing there to inspire the players.

Again the team has come up wanting.  What is it about pulling on the Liverpool shirt nowdays?  Does it not give them any pride?  We were played off the park by Southampton today - every important tackle.  I can forgive Pelle for the mistakes, but what I can't forgive is the total lack of commitment shown by the whole squad (except maybe Carragher and Hyypia, maybe!).

SG shouldn't have been on the pitch, let alone been the captain.  Where was his captain's responsibilities - rallying the troops, and motivating them into giving 100%, instead of the 40-50% shown.

I would rather Carragher was the captain - at least he shows a bit of determination and committment.

Come on Rafa, earn your money, tactics are one thing, but a manager must motivate the team to fight like a team, play like a team, and succeed.  I wouldn'y have been so upset, if they had played and fought for the game.

If SG is determined to leave - let him go now, so we can rebuild.  His last few performances have been sh1t anyway.

f@ck this, is anybody actually ganna grovel to Gerrard? as far as i'm concerned he is part of the team and therefore must shoulder some responsabilities for our inept performance.

He probably thinks he's better than he is.

the middle is so damned crowded with southampton players and yet our players want to go down the middle...so frustrating the whole game. and now have added hyppia to our injured list.

totall lack of commitment, no denying this is our bad patch of the season...we will find our form but Rafa needs to sit Gerrard down and ask him what the hell he's doing! I don't care who he is, he's NOT bigger than Liverpool FC :glare:

questions need to be asked about the manager, sorry chelsea is top of the league, maybe u'd be better supporting them m8 no offense

the manager needs more time than this, ******sake some of you so called supporters need to get your heads examined, give the man a chance, he needs money and more players, hows he gonna do that in less than a year or so, wise up, we dont all have chelsea riches

It's alright saying we need new players, which is true.  But the player we have should start being more committed.  PRIDE we have no PRIDE.  Every battle today was won by S'hapton.  Whatever happened to Liverpool players giving 110% everytime they wore the shirt.
