I's like to see ...
                     Harrison
Finnan (Carragher or Hyypia) Pelle and Riise
                    Hamann
     Nunez        Biscan        ?Traore?
             Morientes Mellor

Bench - Raven, Warnock, Baros, Gerrard,Partridge

I took out a goalie from the bench because it's not like they ever get injured during the game.  I opted for experience because we need some momentum and to regain some confidence.  If you wanted to you could switch out some players for younger ones, such as Raven for Finnan as he may still bhe injured and I'm still debating over whether to rest hyypia or carra. I'll leave that open to debate. Leave Garcia out to get his head straight

Why would you put Traore as a winger? He would give the ball away too easily and he can hardly cross the ball very well.

Finnan     Whitbread     Pellegrino   Riise

Nunez              Biscan               Warnock

Yeah i put him in ?'s cus i didnt know where else to put him, but i like your setup, my only complaint is that like mine it is rather light in the midfield, and as pointed out earlier will be a physical game

Its always a dilemna for fans travelling to games likely to be called off. Do you travel and hope to see the game or not bother and face missing it live ?

Anyway i have the original ticket so not an option for me , i'm going

On a good day I believe Biscan and Hamann can control the midfield well enough. Biscan did pretty well against Deportivo so if he would to start I think he would do well in this fixture as well.

Nunez needs to start as he can deliever good crosses imo and when you have a player like Morientes in the box you wouldn't want to bench Nunez. Garcia is not a winger and he's not a midfielder, if Benitez is going to let him play then pair him up with Morientes otherwise let him sit on the bench.

I think RB will rest Baros and try a new Partner between Pongolle and Nando, for sure RB will let Mellor play .

And I still can't get over it , that we lost to MAN U ....:(

Didn't Biscan play against Tottenham in the Carling Cup?

Listen AB , I realise you like Biscan and insist Houlier never gave himna  decent run but the sooner Liverpool get rid the better as far as I'm concerned. he's had about 4 decent games in all the time he's been here and usually aginst mediocre competition (Deportivo, Wrexham etc......)

We wil agree to disagree i suppose but i'll be well disappointed on tuesday if i see him run out for yet another average performance !

Biscan or Diao? You choose, we have nobody else to replace Alonso and I doubt Gerrard will play.

And dont you think it's a bit sad when you have to threaten to play Diao as a way to get Biscan on the pich ?  ???
