Zidane is definately the best player to watch everytime he's on the ball he does something better than you expect and it looks so natural and effortless. if Liverpool could have any player in the world i would pick him.
But best out and out striker in the world by a million miles is Ronaldo so reliable and, strong and fast, 2 good feet and can head it- no one else can touch him in that position

Zidane is the best ..... but I can't believe nobody has mentioned Nedved ... superb player ... far better player than Beckham or Gerrard.

Zidane. No question about it, watch almost any game where he played and he performed well. He's just one of the matchless talents who plays well whenever, wherever.
