Anyone who thinks Beckham is one of the best players in the world does NOT understand the game, he's all round game is poor, how many games have you seen him control?

I'm sure you read Hello magazine and look at all the pictures etc and get excited when he has another stupidly named child, stick to that.

Very few women know anything about football, if you fancy a footballer then fair enough but stop writing stupid things, its embaressing. Its like me saying Anna Kournikova is the best tennis player in the world.

I thought they had it right when Ronaldino was voted the best in the world, followed by Henry. As for over the last 10 years I'd have to put Maldini up there.

Ronaldinho is the best player in the world in my opinion. You don't get players like him come about very often. We had Zidane in his younger days and before that Cruyff, Ronaldinho is special and will be for a few years yet. You can just tell how good he is when his team doesn't necessarily play well like tuesday night against Chelsea, yet he still puts in a performance and bags a couple of goals with it.

Has to be Ronaldihno at the moment although on his day Gerrard is up there. Definetly not Zidane and don't know how Beckham could even be considered
