Goals. You're losing 3-1 with 20 minutes to go, only goals count. I don't care about hard work at that stage. Too many Liverpool players work hard but don't score.

I'm slowly coming around to the idea Gakpo should stay. Last few games he's actually put a shift in, made the effort, scored goals.
He's easily streets ahead of Nunez at this stage and will only be helped by a coach who speaks his language.

Also I guess having a coach that is same nationality as him may help next season.

He came good the end of the season and was called up for the Euros. Good for him.

Quite a few reports suggest he’s unhappy. I don’t think we’ll stand in his way to leave, but think his wages will be a stumbling block.

Cody's a great player but not Liverpool standard. Spurs, Villa yes, but when the chips are down with 15 minutes to go you don't bring on Gapko. Where's Divock.

Not surprised at all hes linked with a move as he is the 1st who will struggle under Iraola. The best thing the club can do is get him off the books so with any luck Bayern will come back in for him.

Truth is he has been a way below average signing who failed to make the step up. He's not good enough for Liverpool or imo any team in the Premier league. A lower team would mean more pressure to deliver and he would just end up being an expensive flop.

He signed for us 3 and a half years ago and is contracted till 2030. He's on a base salary of 200k minus performance related bonuses which could bring his weekly pay at 312k per week  We are going to end up loaning him out and picking up some of that wage. Hopefully he has a good WC and we can con some club into paying a decent fee this summer.
