Simple... sell Suarez for 45 million pounds, top up 10 million and buy Cavani for 55 million pounds, which is Napoli's asking price (63 million euros). We are spending 10 mils for young prospects anyway...

I doubt this will happen though... FSG's theory seems to be buy value for money players like Coutinho...

One big problem.
There is 0 chance Cavani would come to a club with no european football next season.

Carragher thinks Luis might stay ,and it reaffirms Liverpool and Rodgers earlier statement that there is still no contact from club or player.

I do believe Luis wants to leave but I don't see anyone interested to shell out those 40-45 million for him.

I thought Chelsea had already bought Cavani  ???

If in the unlikely event that Suarez stays because no club willing to pay the high price tag Liverpool will demand, and Suarez carries forward his performance of last season to the next one, there is a good chance we can qualify for CL. But if he leaves, I can almost guarantee we won't finish in top 4, 5th or 6th would be the best we can do and a possible 7th again. Some of the players we've got Toure, Aspas, Alberto are not world class players and we're still signing kids to build for the future. I am not saying our future is doomed, but if the club are still signing youngsters, it is a sign the club is building for the future, not for the next season nor the one after. So if Suarez goes, I will be contented with 5th place finish next season which will still be a progress. I have to say that the youngsters we have at our disposal, Sterling, Wisdom, Suso, Ibe, Sinclair, Texeira, Yesil just to name a few will make a Liverpool a formidable squad in 4 to 5 years time provided we don't become a feeder club for the big guns.

Lets be honest here. Apart from Suarez,s behavior. Am on about the biting incidents here any player can get the best physiological help on earth am sure suarez can be helped/ cured whatever with the, problems he has. My treatment would be a swift kick up the A.rse. The Evra incident was NOT raciallly motivated it was the MUFC propaganda machine in full flight. And if people don't believe it just look at two REAL RACISTS in Lampard and the other C.UNT Terry. Speaks volumes. Suarez on his day is as good as they come. If he stays and decides to prove a point to all the t.ossers from FIFA UEFA and worse of all the Mange lusting FA PREMIER LEAGUE. And we also kiss A.rse of any other club with wedge.  All the rest can get by on there parachute payments because we don't give a toss we have our commission. We WILL finish in top 4. AM CONVINCED.

Carras comments about that the other day in the Echo got me thinking. Does Carra know more than he,s letting on. I have a mate who knows Carra very well. He told me Sunday before it was announced he was going to retire. But there are things he tells him and he will tell me. But asked to keep quiet. I respect that. One of the best and now it,s years ago. Was when Jeffers got twatted and the police used CS gas on the little gobshit.e.He was in there with Carra, my mate not Jeffers. He phoned me that Sunday and said it will be all over the Echo on Monday. It was, but what was not said was within a hour of it kicking off Jeffers had gone squaling to his Solicitor. He on the day it happened the son of the bar owner was out. He made a remark to a female member of staff and being the arrogant t.wat he is came unstuck. Ha ha . This was in the Hypa Bar in Stanley Rd. Bootle. Am wondering if he will tell me anything
