Just because the owners wanted a younger person ( owners who know little about the sport )
Kenny wasn't given a full chance to show he can add to his list of trophies won as a manager.
If there was a DoF in place or someone who actually knows the game when they were making these choices then I would have more confidence but they are money/business men making football choices.
BR is young and has ideas but they are very much unproven with minimal track record of success. It's putting a lot of faith into something that isn't proven to work in the prem - it's putting a lot of faith into someone who hasn't proven himself. That's not the sort of management structure I want in place at the club - there is no one there where you can feel confident about. That worries me -
Benny if you don't mind, I shall wait for Kenny to say he was mistreated by our current owners, and as far as I know he hasn't said anything of the sort yet, time will tell. I'm happy to wait. But before that, i'll not damn our owners, especially after we have seen what Muppets can do (H&G).
That chapter has closed, let's look forward.
I'm not that religious, but faith is important. BR has potential, and I also like to think our support in the stands, in forums and also at home in front of the TV means something.
We can be critical, we can be upset, but if we continue to bash a dead horse, it may seem like a crusade....... for what? for who? We can't wish for a billionaire owner, with unlimited funds, attracting managers like moaniho. In life I tend to do things the hard way, Liverpool seems the same, not to say I like it, but the rewards are sweeter, ala 2005.
