Threads like this confirm that football fans are ignorant and fickle.
The likes of what the hustler said proves that most people make their mind up too quickly and are slow to change it.

I have been critical of Shelvey in the past but hes proving me wrong.

Thing is the best people in the game make bad calls especially with younger players
who drive you mad, one day ok the next not so good, its a nightmare and there is
not a manager in football without regrets.

You look at a lad like Ince who is ripping another hole in every team in that Championship
and someone at Anfield let him walk away, its a tough call, very tough indeed.

You just don't want to hear any sort of criticism pal do you!!!!!?

He scored 2 v some amateurish young boys side. Whoopee.
When he, borini and sterling came on, we immediately looked far better, and controlled the game more, because young boys are actually GARBAGE!!

Lets see if Shelvey does the business versus the Mancs tommorow shall we. I have yet to see him do it in the premier league and Shelvey has been distinctively average.

He was none existent today, and I don't believe he is good enough to be in the first team.

Hustler are you on a wind up mate?

Jonjo made a mistake today that probably didn't warrant a red but he will learn from it in future and go from strength to strength.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

What a tool.

"NO WAY WAS I PULLING OUT OF A NOTHING CHALLANGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARK WITH NOTHING TO GAIN FROM WINNING THE BALL OR LOSING IT"

What a stupid statment. He gave the ref a reason, if he had jumped it then he wouldnt have been sent off and man utd would have the ball in the middle of the pitch.

Players should be banned from twitter. Hes a kid who made a mistake that probably cost his team the match. I still think he could be the next Gerrard, with anyluck he learns from this.

I wonder what would Evans say if he's asked: why he went with a two footed challenge on Shelvey when he had no way of winning the ball?

Im not happy with Jamie Rednkapp suggesting Shelvey shouldnt have had a pop
at Ferguson either, why the hell shouldnt he and good on him.

Ferguson is in the head of every official in that league and is always with the gob
on the sidelines and Shelvey told him straight.

The lad has also apologised which is something you will never hear Ferguson doing.

For the love of god.

Thats fine when there is something to gain, the only three outcomes to that where, Evans and Him get sent off, He gets sent off he breaks his leg.

Heat of the momment i get, i dont mind him saying sorry but i dont accept the whole, IM NOT PULLING OUT COZ ITS AGAINST UTD *****.

Are you saying that he should have just pulled out a 50/50 challenge? Have you ever played football?? There was nothing in the challenge and Johnny Evans was every bit as guilty of doing whatever Shelvey got sent off for.
