No details on length or value but a big positive for the club and Rodgers that he has committed to the club.

good news... apparently until 2016... good job by the club...

Great news ofcourse but we are still a bit tinpot on the media side and prone to some
right own goals.

I mean LFC TV itself is shocking and needs a major overhaul and you just feel like its

Thiago Silva is a prime example of how little a contract actually means. Found that on the net...........Contracts mean nothing. Still i will take it as good news as Luis could have said "***** off i want out" After all the abuse hes been getting

This means one of two things.

1. We are expecting a number of bids and this can only strengthen our bargaining power should we chose to sell.

2. We have let Luis knowofthe players we have secured/looking to secure and he is confident we can challenge for the top four.

Either way it's excellent news, heres hoping for some more in the next few weeks.

It's just a pay raise, he already had a long contract.

after the support he got from the club last season over the evra thing i never thought he would leave us this summer anyway, and i doubt this contract will keep him at the club next summer if we fail to qualify for the CL again.
nothing has really changed in my eyes, except luis has got a pay rise.
