I'd gladly sacrifice the other six games for a positive result against Man City.
Some don't realise how big this is.
Wembley.... we haven't been there in 16 YEARS, infact have never been to the new stadium.
Cup.... we haven't won anything in 6 years.
Europe... automatic entry (albeit in Europa) is a start.
One positive result against City, and we are a championship team away from getting back on the trophy train.
You only need to look at the damage done to Arsenal in losing to Birmingham in last years final. It killed their season, and more significantly it continued their trophy drought. Had they won it the weight would have been lifted, there wouldnt be any mention of 7 years without a trophy, plus winning a medal breeds confidence in the players. They suddenly have winners on their honours list. Also Kenny lifting a trophy... jesus how good would that feel? The City game is massive and im already crapping it.
