Luis Suarez signs for Barcelona

I think this will rumble on beyond appeal now as clearly the club will not take the judgement lying down. All avenues will be explored until there is nowhere left to go in attempt to clear Suarez name, simple as that.

You could see where Suarez was trying to calm Evra down, I could well imagine him saying "come on negrito calm down" (or words to that affect) like we would say "come on mate calm down".

The arrogant little tw*t was probably so frustrated because he was getting a drubbing and made a big deal out of it to deflect the attention.

There is also the possibility they could decrease or even quash the suspension

It's all about interpretation... a warning would have sufficed.

evra is a lying basta.r.d who instigated his own national team to walk out
in the middle of the most important event in football, the world cup.
in real world term, this is treason. betrayal of his own mother land

can you trust the words from someone like that?
trash talk happens all around the game and the only difference this time is that
evra wants to act as a cry baby.

There is a great documentary about the community work Luis did in South Africa in between games at the World Cup. His character assasination by the little englander media/fa is sickening.

What really really gets me is the fa gave a glowing reference to the UEFA panel about Rooney's character... yes... Wayne Rooney.. the granny shagg1ng, prostitution loving, thug who has been sent off for kicking opponents off the ball, and enjoys nothing more than routinely swearing obsencities to refs/players and into cameras.

The hypocrisy and bigotry of this xenophobic, corrupt organisation is disgusting. Its the reason FIFA despise them (and have been vindicated for doing so)
"Its not just any other club" C.Tyldsley
"Liverpool are a special institution" X.Alonso
"Anfield es un templo de fútbol" AS
"The English club prove miracles do exist" D.Maradona
"Theres not one club in the world so united with its fans. Liverpool fans sent shivers down my spine" J.Cruyff

i think its all getting a bit much now. the lfc statement, the players' statement, the t-shirts, and now telling everyone about suarez's involvement in south africa. we have made our point and even the FA have agreed that they don't accuse him of being a racist. its obvious that the issue is he's being punished for stupidly using a term he shouldn't have, and we want to reduce the ban as much as we can. we should now just keep quiet and get on with the process away from the eyes of the media who are increasingly ridiculing the club.

i wonder how much of this theatre is more of a message to suarez than to anyone else. by showing him this much love and support we are showing how desperate we are to hang on to him.

it doesnt matter what the F.A are saying now.they have branded him a racist, its world wide news that suarez has been charged for racially abusing an opponent and thus got labelled by millions of people the world over.

i am happy that the club are fully backing him along with the players but i agree it should be kept behind doors atm till the appeal process.
some of the sh1t ive read in the media over the last few days is staggering and shocked at how quick journalists were jumping on the F.A bandwagon.
i dont think its me viewing this with rose tinted specs either as the facts that we have read just dont add up in this case.

the club have to put their arm around luis and fight the case on his behalf.its important now and especially when he is made to sit it out whenever its enforced.
we will be succesful in reducing the ban but they will bring it back to eight again when they charge him for the fulham incident.
suarez is the best player we have at this club and one we should be building around and i would be gutted if he thought about leaving over this.

The Good Yank wrote:Should have just called him a "Black Cu.nt" on camera and the FA could have just kicked it to the courts and he would face a 2500 quid fine

he should have, or just lied and said, i said nothing.
he is paying the price for his honesty.

one thing that annoys me here is that suarez claimed that evra's own team mates call him negrito.
so far i havent seen anything coming from manure rd to deny those claims,or from the utd players either.and if they do call him that then it just shows that this was a witch hunt and a cheap pr excercise for the F.A.

to me calling someone a black kunt, white kunt, silly kunt, baldy kunt and ginger kunt are all the same and are just abusive not racist.

This has all played into purple noses hands
He is rubbing them with glee at all the negative publicity and distraction caused by his little sh'ithouse player's accusation
He knew quite well that we were a threat this season and, the snidy cu'nt that he is, encouraged that pr'ick to pursue this charge.
What an out and out Fu*king rat he is
