At least that's the approach the FA have taken to this...and unless we can provide video evidence then there's no way they're going to back down. If anything, we could appeal and see his ban EXTENDED.

Exactly. One persons word against another. If the FA have charged Suarez because they believe Evras word over Suarez then that is unprofessional at best. So as much as we cannot prove he didn't say it, the FA cannot prove he did.

Evra gave a statement saying he doesn't think Suarez is racist, Suarez has a Black Grandfather.

As a Black guy myself i hate this race card :censored:

If they are right or wrong the FA are not going to back down now. They have made their bed and will not lose face by changing their mind. If the club feel so strong about it they should appeal but I don't think its going to make a blind bit of difference
