I mean, I believe that the guy is our best buy since Judas, I respect him for all that dribbling skills and movement but the guy's a bitch, he always moans, goes down very easy, he's always angry with his team mates and worst of all which I believe no one has mentioned, he's selfish. He wants to do everything by himself and always wants to be the hero. Even if he makes an assist, it won't happen before he goes past a few players in an attractive style. Don't mind it when it happens but it really pisses me off when he fails, and he does that often. I don't mind him trying once or twice, but he shouldn't be trying all the time. That I think has cost us a lot, I could tell you a few situations like that just from yesterdays match! Also I think we're a bit at fault as well, we give him too much credit while we don't see that more often than not, because of his selfishness and will to do everything with style, has cost us valuable points. Someone needs to tell him that he needs to stops this because not only we've probably lost the title but we'll lose the 4th spot and he has a lot of doing in it! And all this combined with that he's not clinical enough...

Suarez is 'strange'. He needs a very strong captain to control him, Gerrard hasn't realised that yet and Carra is too far back at CB to influence him but he's losing the plot rapidly. If Norwich had decided to wind him up, he would have been off yesterday. I can see the bite behaviour simmering just below the surface - next time it could be the linesman though.

Seriously, the lad needs a few sessions with a shrink or he'll be a one season wonder.

Great player, poor finisher.  I said it a few pages back but his finishing is becoming a real issue now.
Need to sign a striker in January who can finish!

A bit hursh. Suarez is a prooven Striker for both his country and previous Club Ajax. It is true he is currently suffering from a spell of misfortune ,i think he as others still need to obtain their mental balance ,he needs to settle down a bit and regain his focus and confidence.

Suarez is sh'ite and not worth the £20 million we paid for him. Offload him in the summer and get someone decent in.

He has silky skills that leave many a defender floundering in his wake. The only thing is, after he's dribbled past half of the opposition he should lay it off to someone else who can find the back of the net. Simples!!!

unfortunately petulance is one of the traits a great striker has,ok he does go down sometimes a little too easy but he is singled out by oppositions as our danger man and biggest threat.the refs arent giving him his fair share of fouls because he has been labelled so he needs to focus on other parts of his game and stay on his feet.
imo he is getting more and more frustrated with each game as we are not producing the pts that the performance deserves and especially since he has performed well in every game so far,our best player this season by a mile.
its also frustrating that we have no other front man that can compliment him.kuyt isnt good enough full stop, carroll cant seem to get a run of games and bellers is prefered on the wings so that leaves all our eggs in the one basket.
getting him a bum buddy is essential in january or i fear it wont be long before he's going the torres route.

as i said in the match thread, if he was more clinical he'd be the best striker in the league by a country mile. i've never seen a striker make so many chances for himself out of nothing. not torres. not rooney. not van persie. nobody.

i agree that he has to get his head up more though and look for players in better positions. that chance in the second half which he screwed wide, gerrard would have had a tap in if he had squared it.

Luis Suarez is a No.7 playing without a No.9,

Imagine him with Cavani, Lorrente or Sturridge up top,

but no, he gets Dirk or Big Andy to play with FFS

This Carroll situation needs sorting out, either play him in every game and build the team around him, or sell him for a £15M loss.

We can't afford to have a £35M impact sub, who do we think we are?

Man City :)

Problem is we don't have that someone... And haven't I been saying all along that we needed another striker?
