Kenny will sort em second half. Expect a couple of changes

Exactly. I've noticed enough already to know that we will improve. We seem to have a better shape and players have a clear understanding of their roles now. Under Hodgson, we looked clueless in all positions. It'll take a few games, yet, but I think our main issue is fixing the link between midfield and our attack. Once that clicks, we'll be fine.

Thing is there nothing to change a game on the bench tonight either. Just no end product at all. Blackpool havent dominated the ball but look to have more cutting edge than we do. Our play in final third is way too slow and predictable. Unless Torres can get away again you cant see where a seconds coming from at this point.

Best stream I've seen online. Crystal clear and English commentary.

Okay, so we are not the finished product by a long stretch but this is still 100% improvement on the Newcastle, Wolves and Blackburn games so far. Noticeable changes that have lead to this and not including the improved work rate..

1. Holding a higher line at the back means we are getting to a lot more balls lumped from their defence.
2. Quicker passing just not accurate enough in the final third.
3. Definitely more movement from players when they are not on the ball.

Those are the three most noticeable things for me but we are still prone to silly mistakes at times. A silly mistake once again lead to their goal.

We badly need more pace especially down the flanks and mascherano back in the midfield :sniffle

Lets hope we build on this in the second half and we score a bagful of goals.. Heres hoping!

We weren't that BAD in the first half, the problem is that its down to quality that we haven't controlled the game as we wanted to. I think the goal that Blackpool scored shot down our confidence a bit after 10 minutes of domination. We just need to do better in the final third of the pitch, every time we get to their penalty area the balls ends up as a poor cross or a poor pass. That was some diabolical defending by Agger for the Blackpool goal plus Torres and Meireles should have done better by keeping the ball.

Anyways, lets hope we change things in the second half, shame that Babel is suspended for this one, I would put Ngog in for Kuyt (who is having a mare to be honest)

Really weak defending for there goal, it shouldn't have got to Agger but when it did he should have been stronger in the tackle.

Began to re-assert our dominance(the little we showed until they scored!) in those last 10 mins.  More of in the 2nd half and we should have no probs

half time, time for Kenny to goto work.

are you serious? we weren't poor in the first half, its actually a carbon copy of the first half against Tottenham away from home.
