aye and no doubt there will be that drunken phonecall at 2am "I love you, I've always loved ya, please have me back"
sad

he does like rubbing that

just for those who regularly defend the man this is what I refer to :
" The protest does not help but it is something I have had to live with since I came to the club. I, like everyone else at Liverpool, would be very happy if the ownership situation was clarified and in particular if we got a very good owner that could help us move forward. It is a major issue for a group of people who are very much anti the owners and anti the current people who are trying to solve the situation. I knew the situation existed before I arrived and it doesn’t help. But it is often the case that when things are conspiring against you there is always an extra thing to come in and make it that little bit worse. "
I could put forward literally countless quotes and sound bites that have soiled this media image of him being a true Gentleman .... but for me personally the above quote spoke volumes and it is the one that sealed his fate, and nothing he has said and done further has exonerated him ...the man has little regard for the fans and needs to go ,so we can wipe from our memories this fiasco since this supposed Gentleman took charge

I know people who are involved in SOS and I would hope that they werent so girlishly sensitive about being called "a group of people" when in fact thats what they are.
The danger with taking exception to what people say is that you fall out constantly and end up alienating to the point of ridiculousness. If someone says something you dont like you shouldnt pout, stamp your foot and cry. How childish is it when a politician refuses to speak to a journalist because they ask awkward questions? Or a football manager wont talk to a television company because of allegations?
I am sure that SOS wouldnt like to be thought of in that light because they have made innovative an exciting roads with the club and we all owe them a debt of gratitude. It would be a shame if this group of people tarnished their outstanding reputation because of a trivial remark from an ignorant man.
