Im not Nan. I feel sorry for him, but hes his own worst enemy. I genuinly liked and respected him for the first couple of years, but, for whatever reason, he lost the plot and I couldnt justify what he was doing.
I take no pleasure from his plight as I think he is a decent manager and a good person.
Hes just doesnt seem to realise his limitations and learn from his mistakes.

Ive never hidden on my stance on Rafa , yous all know on here how much i loved and rated , and repected the man ,i still do , yes maybe i am mad to want him back and i wont apologise to anyone for that, i stated right from the beginning i would of just liked to see him here for a season with out any shennanigans going on behind , then if he would of failed no problem on my behalf, but for some to actualy think that because i didnt and dont think his succesor is good enough for us that i want us to lose just so Roy can go is a joke, its an insult to any Liverpool fan tbh,

some of you need to get a grip of yourselfs, fooking sickening to witness so called fellow reds sit around like vultures hoping Benitez fails.

ok it didnt work out with him but he gave me and you some of the best nights you`ll ever have and this is how you thank him, makes me fooking sick to think we have such utter c**** in our ranks.

i guess your all hoping Houllier fails at Villa aswell.

I don't think there are many who are ''sitting around hoping he fails'', that's the twisted logic of some on here obviously. As Ben Patrick said, not everybody thinks the sun shines out of his @rse but that doesn't mean people want him to fail. However the same cannot be said of Roy, and the abuse he has endured by many Reds fans.  :no

OK,

I admit that i would be laffing my tits off if the Inter Milan head coach fails.

But if making fun of the Inter Milan coach makes me a c***, then what would you call people who abuse the current Liverpool Football Club manager?

you lot make me laugh

i dont want Rafa to fail but while he is failing it may take some of the pressure off Roy and LFC.

I really think its strange that some cant see the hypocrisy in their posts.
Rafa is STILL afforded more respect than the current LFC manager which is a shame.

BTW i dont think there are any liverpool fans that actually want us to lose.

This was always going to happen, to be fair, when people started mocking our manager and bigging up Benitez. Once he started losing some games the backlash was bound to follow...

Why would you want to re-instate him unless he was showing signs of regaining his touch?  He guided us to 7th and a terrible showing in the cups, and that pattern of drastic underperformance has carried over to Inter when many were certain he'd flourish. Why not do the sensible thing and revise your opinion, or at least doubt it a little, in light of that new evidence, instead of maintaining this absolute belief that this "world class" manager is still "right for us"? The reluctance to do so is precisely the kind of thing that has caused so many arguments around here.

Same length of time as Roy at a new club. Difference being RAFA has turned one of the best teams in europe into an average Italian team.

Youre wasting your time mate
Some of us knew we were in decline and he had to go before last season. While I dont wish him ill, it is absolutely unthinkable that he would return to manage us again.
