Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

I do kind of agree with you, however at the moment, the situation we are in, im not bothered we took calmed it down a bit and tried some fringe players, 3-0, clean sheet and raise a bit of confidence which we are clearly lacking.

I didnt pull any negatives from this match because there werent any in my opinion, biggest win in the PL from Roy, Im happy with that, just keep doing this and Im happy, I dont give a shoitage who our manager is as long as the club keeps firing up the league :) (although i want to see better players and better football to what we have been subjected to for the most part of the season)

I dont mind us taking the foot off the peddle when weve won, I do mind it when we do it at 1-0 up

Please remeber we were without SG today too, and Torres in my opinion was awfull, those are the players that normally win us the games

i'm not saying i'm his biggest fan but sometime it seems it wouldn't matter if he won every game 5-0 it wouldn't be enough for some???

i don't get this comments - i would like to Roy to succeed in Liverpool i not once called forhis resignation ,but i wonder if he really understands what is required from him. I would say day in and day out after a win and after a loss ,as a fan i want to see constant performance from my team and manager which would lead to great results in the future. A game is played 90 minutes 2 halves .I KNOW that we crushed it the first half and that is why i expected to players and managers to Enjoy the 2nd ,play without fear and press on. But Appearntly they and you don't think the same....Oh well.

I seriously dont think thats possible this year, who ever the manager is, you only have to look at the other big teams results over the season, the PL is messed up this season, I can understand where people are coming from wanting RH out the door, I hate the sitting back too, but every single team this year has had a stupid run, silly results spanking someone one week and then getting thrashed the next.

This year, regardless of who the manager is I want results first and foremost, once we have that, then make the performances pretty on the eye, hence why im happy today.

Jsut saw these comments on Poulsen. :censored: joke of a comment.

"Last year and the year before it was Lucas, and now suddenly people are realising Lucas is a good player. I'm sure everyone here will realise Christian Poulsen is also a very good player."

Who said that?  :D

To respond to that comment, Lucas HAS been sh!te for the past 2 years until this season and Poulson HAS been sh!te since he got here apart from todays game...

Good win Roy... now get some guts and go on and try to win every game... the league is very tight this season with Chelsea, Arsenal dropping points... we are only 9 points away from the top after one of the worst starts in our history...

The football gods seem to favour our Roy and he needs to take advantage of this...

that's the thing....if we string together a good run of form, we'll be in the top 3 in no time

Bav in another snipe shocker

Bav, it was a good win, move on lad

whenebver we win one of the muskateers drags up some old quote to make them anager look stupid again... its getting boring now.

Yesterday was a great win. Roy set up his team perfectly, and finally we have amanager playing Babel in the right position... Lets enjoy another 3 points for the day eh?
