no mate, if anyone can get old link to sky sports there is a bit there when Ian Rush states that kenny has been asked to stay away from the traning camp and sammy lee stood up and said kenny should be there so he can look at the players.

the link was posted by someone on RAWK at the time and then it was posted on the old sack rafa thread on here i think.

Rafa grow up and stop talking about a club that you did nothing for in the last year you was here apart from :censored: off 90% of the players and fans.

You forgot to add the words - IN YOUR OPINION at the end of your post .

Bob friggen paisley asked the board , to politely tell shanks to stay away from melwood as he felt the players were getting mixed messages from shanks being around . Can you see any difference !More spin from lakes.

Here is a question for you Dawson

What is worse for team morale and the effect on the players

1. Telling them they are good enough or

2. Saying there is flops and B team and not good enough

Which is worse Dawson .

After this season? I think giving the team a good old kick in the a$$ might be just what they need. They need to proove him wrong and play well and then they can get some applause, but they havent earned it yet.

As a fan I want Roy to do whatever he can to make the players play decent football. If he hurts there feelings to do it, I couldnt care less, its the end result that matters.

I'm afraid the debate about Roy and the barbs and the insults are about to get a whole lot worse before too much longer. The reason is IMHO that as the league begins to level out a bit, we will climb into the top 10 fairly soon (not saying we should be excited about it because we shouldn't), and then there will be the weekly soap opera as we flirt in and around where finished last season.

My own guess is that when the dust has settled, we'll be sixth which should keep the debate ice and feisty   :D .

Benitez is clearly still very bitter about his departure even though he took us to 7th and walked off with £6m into the Inter job. Thing with him is hes got a very large ego and cannot see his own faults. He also cannot keep his gob shut. Hicks was a disaster at Liverpool but he had Rafa taped and his words rang true because lets face it nothing is ever his fault, it was the owners, then Parry, then at the end Purslow but never him, the manager of Liverpool Football Club. I just want him to go away but he keeps on talking.

Don't be silly Benny FFS. Can we not even accept that over the last dozen years Liverpool have bought too many duds and this has been the main reason why we've fallen away?

Fecks sake the sky is blue sometimes, denying the glaringly obvious just reduces the debate to a nonsense (and yes I accept we have bought some good players too).

Equally, our squad is currently not good enough. Surely nobody can deny that?

Why is it silly - read up and see exactly what Dawson has said -

What exactly am i denying ?

Is our squad no longer good enough?

Good enough for what ? Last season posters like yourself were saying it was good enough to be in the top 4 and the manager was at fault - has that changed now .
