Nah he was being deadly serious Scott

Some of the people on here become funnier by the day.

:help  :help

Oh come on Zara, it's the sanctimony that goes with it that begins to grate after a while. I mean a throwaway comment about Carlos Alberto is headline news in this thread! You couldn't make it up!

And yet all these people hope we win every match and that therefore Roy remains as manager :;):

It's the best thread on the boards Reg. Many truths have been revealed in the starkest of clarity amongst its pages, previous discussions can be viewed in a completely different light when you take into account what has gone on in these 250 odd pages.

If only I'd known at the time what I know now when I was taking lectures off of people about "respect" for the manager, being a "real fan", not being a "disgrace" and the like. I can honestly say I would never ever have predicted some of the things people would have said, and the identity of some of the people who have said them.

Don't lock it now FFS, it gets better every single day .

:) No victim here fella. I'm not the one on the recieving end of the abuse it's the Liverpool manager who's getting all of that. I note that you're in the "put the boot in" camp yourself.

I must start having a good read of your posts, I've always kind of skimmed them before. You've had a couple of pops at me now, and I see you hate the manager as well. I'll give em a read from now on.

Perhaps you should reread your own posts and have a look at the way you write.

As for Roy I believed he would do better than Rafas last season but from what i have seen since he started we should get rid of him before christmas. (How long is it before that 28(?) day clause runs out?)

so what it boils down to is those of us who dont want Roy or who dont think hes good enough and dont like him want Liverpool to get beat , and will be made up if we fail just so we can say we told you so ,
Because thats what your trying to say Mick without actualy posting it,

Yeh i deffo want to travel up to Bolton on Sunday and up to Liverpool mid week to watch the Napoli and the Chelsea game to see us get beat just so i can say i told you so,

Same as the fans who wanted rid of Rafa, or Ged , they wanted us to get beat did they,

Ben Patrick wrote:Are the majority of fans on here happy with the result and the way we played ?

Im very happy with result and besides a rather nervy last twenty minutes with the way we played Ben

Does that mean suddenly I think Roy and team are bee knees and I have a 180 degree turn around in my thinking no.
I look forward though to seeing how next couple of games go and whether season and managers job can be salvaged with interest

As for comments on here, well I think we should remember context of lot of those statements. Seems to be more about point scoring in personality conflicts in defence of one's self indulgent internet ego which unfortunately  have been mainstay of this forum for a couple of seasons now.

We all have our own forum Idiocracies though and I was rather disappointed to see some of comments made during and  at end of match in game thread. During the game team gets full support and surely even a struggling team that wins deserves a bit of credit (imo)

I have just plucked a protruding nose hair and I am sneezing like a pepper tester...

When I get ear hair protruding its game over !
