Im not sure Pellegrini is the answer really, Id love Frank Rijkaard with Henk Ten Cate & Johan Cruijff now thats a good team of people who know what they are doing to bring in.  :nod

Manuel Pellegrini is in negotiations to direct the ailing Liverpool, announced today the representative of the strategist, Jesus Martinez.

We had some contacts, but as the club is in the process of change, and no one knows who is boss, no progress on the topic," Martinez revealed.

The choice of the former coach of Real Madrid, came about because of the poor performance of the England team, now led by Roy Hodgson.
Martinez added that the possibility of commanding technically Liverpool Chilean appeals more to other offers from the last time, junior teams and tradition.

"Pellegrini has had offers from clubs in Italy, but initially wanted to wait a bit to some better option," said the representative.

"And Liverpool is a club that Manuel would like to address," he said.

Errr. was he not total cack at Real Madrid, and then got fired as a result ?
No thanks then....

Thats my dream sorted for tonight,

Dont mind Pelligrini though Cigg , he had a lot of repect from the fans at Madrid, he plays nice good attacking football,
But that President interfered to much with him,

Should of just sacked him the other day.

If they sacked him the other day it would look as too much of a knee jerk reaction.  "New owners sack manager after the first match of their tenure." It doesn't exactly promote stability and level headedness that is needed.

Yeah so sack straight after the second, that looks much better.  :D

Sorry just catching up.

The guy is a class act, he got Real to 96 goddamn points last season, scored over 100 goals but unfortunately for him they were up against the best club side in living memory. His record at Villarreal is also incredible considering they are about the same size as bloody Wigan Athletic.

Seriously Bunglemark there is no excuse for ignorantly shooting off on a person when you can easily internet search his record and achievements in about 30 seconds  :veryangry
