some of the comments in this thread genuinely make me cringe

for the record though I'm chuffed he's sticking it to 'Arry tonight. He's a w@nker
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

For those dishing out the "I told you so's" here's a thought: if Rafa had managed a few 4-0 maulings of Spurs with Liverpool, he might still be the manager.  Just saying. :;):

He looks dead relaxed doesnt he ,

He looks chilled Girl ...Now the pressure is off lets see what a real World Class manager can achieve .... and then maybe when he has won enough cups with Inter ...he can come back to earth and back where he belongs and try and establish us as a force again in Europe .... I know ....but I can dream cant I    :;):

Fair play to Rafa and as I said I wish him all the best in Italy but before everyone starts creaming them selves with the "he should still be our manger" line, dont forget that this time last year he was our manger in the Champions League and these were are results

Liverpool 1 - 0 Debrecen
Fiorentina 2 - 0 Liverpool
Liverpool 1 - 2 Olympique Lyon
Olympique Lyon 1 - 1 Liverpool
Debrecen 0 - 1 Liverpool
Liverpool 1 - 2 Fiorentina

And as much as everyone has been saying on here Roy shouldn't be blaming the owners situation on results then that should also be the case for Rafa last year. I like Rafa and all he had done but unfortunately a change was needed

you know what, it's not even that it's the fact that our new manager likes to punt the ball and run!!

The play tonite from our old managers team is not just productive but good to watch!!

If the upstairs politicking hadn't have gone on he'd still be with us.

I noticed that was just one bad season in the Champions league that you were showing there.

i'm sure the 2 seasons going all the way to the final and winning one more than makes up for it

We shouldn't even be planning a trip to the bridge in the first place!

The Old Man needs to go (and he can take fúcking sammy lee with him!!)
