My fear is that this happens to us with him as our manager.

ROY HODGSON Roy Hodgson (born August 9, 1947)  was sensationally sacked last night after Blackburn Rovers had been dumped on the bottom of the Premiership.

The Rovers 1million-a-year boss has presided over a run in which Rovers have taken just five out of 33 points and owner Jack Walker had had enough.

Blackburn finished the previous season in 6th

Our fixtures are Blackpool, Everton, Blackburn, Bolton, Chelsea how many points do you think we will take from these 5 games when we only have 6 points from 6 games.

We're not Blackburn, we're better than that.  :no

sorry but this whole forum is a f*cking disgrace. Peopel just want everything now. Money, top manager, top everything with no wait. We are in trouble. Our owners are c*nts. We should be supporting the new man in chrge, not crying that we dont have 200 million to spend

Nail on the head Daws.

People need to get a grip of themselves and support the man in charge. I've never, in my 9 years of following Liverpool that fans have been so low to stop supporting a manager after 6 games!!! He deserves his chance, just like every other manager deserved their chances! Like we always say ''judge us in May''.

Look, like many of you, I wasn't ecstatic about his appointment, I doubt he will deliver anything, but I do think he deserves his shot and deserves his chance to prove himself.

He deserves our support.

13 points. but I have faith in my team and manager. I'm not gonna cry about what we got, as we are the best club in the world who used to have half decent fans

dawson99 wrote:Yeah, we were in top form with Rafa last season. Rafa has gone. Can we f*cking move on as well?

As bad as things where under rafa we where never in the fucking state we are in now.

In the relegation zone with a minus 3 goal difference, its fucking shocking anyone who says any difference is a liar.

I would emphesize the word NOW ,it might get worse and it surely must get better ,placing your argument after only 6 rounds is pathetic.

Rafa had to go ,he had his time with Liverpool ,and 5 years is a respectable amount of time to proove your worth as manager ,He failed not so much with results (although some would differ) but with performance ,with not laying foundations with not sparking the imagination of the Fans and the players. With being boring and negative. His time was over and done.

Roy was after all is said and done was a reasonable selection -might end as a total failure ,but at the time he was signed it seems reasonable ,at least worty to have a shot as a manager for our troubled Liverpool. Don't forget the Top managers of the world won't come as long as H&G are here so set your expections accordingly. Yes we In the $hits right now ,Yes some of it is due to Roys work, Yes some is due to Rafa's Heritage and Yes some is due to our underachivers lazy a$$ players.

Give it time . Give it a seson and then we can make the call if Roy was a mistake ,i can tell you this that Rafa leaving was the Right thing for Liverpool.

Some of us have been here for over 40 years mate and the only thing Ive seen which resembled this was when Souness was here. I myself stopped going the match while he was here because of the dross which was served up week after week.
But, I stress, I did NOT disrespect him after 6, 16 or even 60 games. Thats how we were in those days...

13 points? Have you seen us play this season? Seriously, has there been anything in our performances so far this season that suggests we can win 4 out of 5 games? We have been second best in most of our games and show no signs of a side that can dominate a game and win convincingly. We where outplayed and dominated by FC Utrecht, Northhampton, WBA & Sunderland.

And you think Everton have played better? Arent they below us?

You think Blackpool can beat us? Blackburn? Bolton?

What makes you think we can get 13 points out of those games ? Including a draw against Chelsea ?
