form what i understand he is now in breach of an employment contract with Liverpool FC.

we should have sold him sometime ago, its has been very clear for sometime he has been unhappy at our club.

yes we will miss him but only the old Masherano and not the one we saw last season.

(by the way i will change my pics as soon as my PC's are fixed lol)

Masch is a kunt for not having the decency to return a phone call. If he wants out, be a man and answer the phone...

we should sell Mascherano for £30million and invest every single penny of that into Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Do you have a link to that or anything that explains how he is in breach of his contract

we should be swapping him for a top striker for fecksake. We can make do with stevie and lucas in centre midfield. If rafa wants mash swap him for balotelli or milito. Whatever happens we need two strikers and please not zamora

Not always as simplistic as that, Cole joined a team that isn't in the Champions League in deference to teams that are....................

Don't forget this is Liverpool FC, that in itself is quite an attraction for some players

Mascha has another week off before returning to the club.

The fact he hasn't responded to Hodgson is to me a clear sign that he intends on being an awkward :censored: and try to force his way out. Let him go if he is so desperate. We will get good money for him and be able to replace him with someone just as efective in the holding midfield role.

Cambiasso or Parker please Roy.

Am assuming Masch is due to report to Melwood today with the rest of the World Cup lads so we'll find out if there is an issue by the end of the day i'm sure. I hope we hold out for a good price if he's adamant he wants to move on, some are suggesting £30 million but i'd be happy enough if we can pull in excess of £25 million for the lad. I still wouldn't give up all hope on him staying, remember we had all this a year ago and then I believe Rafa had pretty much persuaded him to stay and then there was talk of a new contract. More than anything, I think the boy wants a big contract and if they offer him the right money here then he may well stay.

I heard Roy in an interview say that he wwasnt expecting Mascherano to call back or anything... He said he left him a couple of messages on his answering machine to welcome him back from the world cup but said that he didnt ask him to call back or anything... Maybe a little too much was made of this story to begin with?

Hopefully Mascherano stays and we have a bit of continuity .. But if he decides to leave then i think it wont be as bad as some might think... Its not that hard finding a defensive midfield replacement who is of high quality for relatively cheap money... The rest of what we get could be used to improve our fragile backline.
