He lives in one tower and I live in the other. There are 15 metres between us and we used to look at each other through the window.
Sounds like Insua is Repunzel and Masch is Cinderella (always late for the ball) in their towers.

Masch has wanted to leave since last summer and i'm surprised he's been convinced to stay this long. He'll be gone...i'm just hoping he'll have a good world cup and we can get 25-30 million for him.

Hang on, we have a new twist to the story - its Rafa's fault Mash's missus isnt happy and doesnt speak english.
Wheres Lando when you need him?

Don't agree with this bit at all. To me he's a top player for his role and he offers the team something very important. With that said, I agree with your other points. Tons of people move abroad for work and have to deal with the culture shock of living in a foreign land without a fraction of the money and support that Masch and his family get off Liverpool Football Club. To whinge about this kind thing strikes me as petty and immature. Now, where's Andy's f.uck football thread...
I think he's a good ball stopper. Fine in his defensive role, but adds nothing else. Hence, I think he's a one trick pony. In fact, I think he can be a liability at times the way he charges areound the field like an idiot.
I've never grown that attached to him in his time here and I've always thought that he just isn't that smart a lad and if he wants to go, I won't be shedding any tears.
The stats also help answer a question that many at Liverpool have long been asking: what is Lucas Leiva for? The much-maligned Brazilian put in more tackles (148, winning 102) this season than all but three other players in the league – though the most prolific tackler remains his team-mate, Javier Mascherano (178, of which he won 144), ahead of Mohamed Diamé of Wigan (176, won 125) and Fabrice Muamba of Bolton (152, won 102).
There are four Liverpool players in the top 30 most frequent tacklers – more than any other team. Arsenal have only one – Alexandre Song is 23rd, having attempted 88 tackles, one fewer than Birmingham's James McFadden. You might deduce that this is because Arsenal did not need to tackle as much since they tended to have the ball a lot – and it is true that only Chelsea averaged more possession in matches (59.8% to Arsenal's 59.3%). But Liverpool averaged 59.1%. They may have had the ball at their feet quite a bit, but Liverpool also had their heads in their hands a lot – they were denied by the frame of the goal more times (20) than any other team this season.

So now Mascherano is an idiotWhat's up run out of derogatory names for the Manager and Lucas ?
Mascherano is an exceptional player who is possibly at present the best defensive midfielder in the world ,just how good does a Liverpool player have to be for you to shed a tear when we are threatened with losing them exactly

Mascherano's family is a cop out if thats the only reason he wants out- Id be more of the opinion that he couldn't be ar----sed staying with us w/o Champions league football. Not impressed- we looked after him when he was having his nightmare at west ham- if thats his attitude get rid of him and get some rising star in africa to do the business for half his wages. He doesnt exactly create anything- although he def is one of the best at what he does - it is hardly a rare talent.

i think you are right, in the sense it is a cop out. He's had his head turned by Barca and he wants to go and play in a team with the likes of Messi and ibrahimovic.
Not Lucas and Ngog...
