Steven Gerrard, he's the main core for the Reds. Other than him, Raul - Real Madrid. He's the man :)

King Kenny - End of debate :bowdown  :bowdown
From Shankly to Brendan we follow our team, Rome to Istanbul we've all lived the dream. Our journey is long, our goal stays the same, to keep for our children the famous red name.

Id have to say Emlyn Hughes. I didnt cry at his death although I was close to, I just feel he was Liverpool through and through. Even now, I picture him still here on question of sport speaking in our scouse accent.... FOREVER EMLYN !

So many wonderful players down the years and you could pick your fav from each era. But for sheer passion, soul and the pulse of what it takes to play for the greatest club side on the planet, has to be Jamie Carragher.  That is what a good pro is all about!

it usd to be keegan when i was a kid but then changed it to dalglish.
i never ever thought anyone would come close to kenny and i`m one of those annoying people that think everything from the past is better but if i`m honest with myself steven gerrard is the best player i`ve ever seen in a red shirt.

For the Reds: Definitely Kenny Dalglish  :bowdown
A class act - creativity, vision and a reasonable goal haul too, generally of the quality variety!

For Rangers (my other team): Super Ally McCoist   :bowdown
All-time top Gers scorer and all round cheeky chappie.

wasnt that jim baxter a rangers player?
wasnt he the fella that took the proverbial out of england in the old home nations competition by doing keepy ups and sitting on the ball in the centre of the wembley pitch between running the game in general
i always thought he was the hero of the rangers fans.

Baxter did it for Forest against Liverpool too. Icy pitch and he took the p!ss out of us all the game. Great player who liked the wine women and song too much.
