Not worth it at all. The only ones benefiting from this are the mancs.

Well to say I'm comfortable after that... We're gonna be tired on Sunday, likely missing Toure and we really don't have a back up.

Great start to the season and we may have very well thrown that away tonight. United will be very tough on sunday, and a loss at home to them always does bad things to our confidence.

I dont think we will win Sunday. Our squad is wafer thin. I think it will be a draw

And could the media be more bias against us? Holy Sh*t I know it's great when an underdog wins, but they've mentioned that pen shout right before Sturridge scored 15 times now. Never in a million years is that a pen, even united wouldn't have gotten that one called. Ok well maybe united would but nobody else, never a pen, stop f*cking trying to make something of it.

The tackle on Ibe in the first half was 10 times the pen that one was, and they've barely said a word since it happened.

Bunch of losers..The only loss, is Toure ,meaning we will need to play to our strength even more attack and score.

Just a shame Gerrard and Sturridge have just played 120mins each.

To attack and score would mean having the ball - going to be a struggle on Sunday - that game has taken a lot out of the squad.

So injury list:

Toure
Kelly
Skrtel
Cissoko
Coates

And we're left with
Agger (just played 110 minutes)
Wisdom (just played 120 minutes)
Johnson (just played 120 minutes)
Enrique

with kiddies on the bench

oh dear.

I wonder if PSG have just put Sako's price up?

It was always going to be a struggle ,yet our attacking unit is intact. And Sunday is miles away. Rest regroup and come on fighting. Stop winning cause we played 30 extra minutes.

What a pack of drama queens on here.

Injuries are part and parcel of football.

In terms of certain players playing 120 mins tonight it's only the 3rd game of the season and players aren't fully match fit so it might even help.  There's 5 days til the next game too.

The injuries were unlucky but Toure's the only real loss. It might not be as bad an injury as we fear.

We've won 3 games out of 3 so cheer up lads... early season is about results not performances.

im getting very concerned with Gerrards lack of stamina these days, he has faded badly in every match this season, he could barely jog in extra time today!

wasnt a great performance overall and if anything it did show just how weak our squad truly is. its a bit worrying that we can still be bullied easy by a lower league side. still we can have no complaints and we fielded what was a strong side. its a shame that toure got injured as he will be a massive loss for the manure game. hopefully his injury isnt as serious as expected and the stretcher was precautionary measures.
tbh we have six points in the league and there is an international break coming after the weekend so we are still in a good position should we get nothing from that match. we could have toure back then with any luck. suarez wont be far away from his return either.

Everyone's getting a little ahead of themselves here. 120 minutes and not playing again til Sunday isn't a massive concern. Toure is the biggest worry of the three, even then we might have Skrts back(?). Bring on the Mancs!
