LIVERPOOL v Everton Sun 2nd Dec 4.15 KO

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby ycsatbjywtbiastkamb » Sat Dec 01, 2018 2:54 pm

I never enjoy these games, the fear of losing is too great I suppose. They have got an appalling record at our place though so hopefully that run will continue tomorrow. I also hope that we have a bit more energy about us than our last outing after a European tie (when we played Arsenal), we definitely looked a bit leggy at the Emirates.

Yep, that looks a decent side, in other news I see Bournemouth have pulled City back at the Etihad (it's 1-1 at HT). I know City will probably run away with it second half but you never know, it would be great if they do drop 2 points.

Agree with the names on the team sheet but would put Fabinho in a deep central role .

i.e                                                        Alisson

TAA                       Gomez                                                  VVD                            Robbo

                                                          Fabinho

                         Milner                                                           Keita

                                                          Firmino

                                    Salah                                       Mane

Derby match form goes out the window this will be a tricky one. Everton are playing decent football under new management so i will expect a tough encounter.

With City winning as usual we need to keep going and snap 3 points.

My mantra doesn't change game by game, 3 points, I don't how, when or from who, we just need to keep pace with City and ahead of the others!

Really hope Klopp shakes up the centre of the park. Would love to see Fab and Keita start this one, alongside Henderson who will undoubtedly get booked in the first 15 mins... :glare:

Take a risk, let's get something to get excited about. We keep doing the same thing we're gonna be winning points, but it's gonna get us knocked out of the Champions league and trophyless at the end of the season.

Alisson, Trent, Gomez, VVD, Robbo, Gini, Fabinho, Shaq, Sadio, Bobby and Mo.

Would have liked to have seen Keita in there but to be fair to Jurgen it's probably the most progressive team we've put out for a big game this season.

Is that the confirmed line up ?

Like you would have liked to see Keita starting, don't understand the story with him, big signing we waited a season as part of the deal to get him and yet so far it looks like he's just been a fringe player trying to break into the first eleven  :(

i agree ,this lad was designated to own our MF but for some reason..little injuries and Klopp slow integration efforts ,he remains at the back seat...Keita is very creative as well as aggressive which would make him a perfect fit for Klopp but it has yet to materialize...Very disappointing
