If not we should be

I certainly hope when Johnson is fit again, Kyrgiakos isn't dropped. I thought he looked pretty good at the end of last season. I would have him paired with Agger and leave Carragher where he is. As for Johnson, move him to right wing like I said ages ago. Or on the bench.

So do I but it's inevitable. He likes Skrtel and Carragher would have to sleep with Hodgson's wife to ever be dropped. Agger may aswell just bugger off in January as he's been completely bombed out.

He had some shaky moments yesterday, but was excellent against Davies.

So is he part of our best 11 now?

Its hard to say he doesnt deserve it.

he is being pretty solid lately, and one of the best offensive options, so yeah, he has to be in the 11.

after this, he is not one of the best defenders in the world and he will never be, so you have to consider that when you rate him.

The Greek offers us the kind of goal threat from set pieces that Chelsea have in Terry and Manure in Vidic.. he is a big, strong and tough MF... I would pair him with Agger and see how it goes for a few games..

Yes mate I agree.

He wouldnt play at the top in Spain or Italy but in England forwards like to be physical and there are alot of high balls and he`s really well suited to that.
I think if we were in the CL he could well get caught out though , like last season.

apparently he's out tonight with tonsilitis. i'm sure he'll be fine by the weekend though - he'll need a couple of days to make sure his old razor is well rusted and completely blunt before ripping his own tonsils out with it and cooking them on an open fire out on rivington pike.
