Once upon a time, in a city not far away, a manager was appointed who was not popular, and was one game away from the sack before he won a cup and began gto turn things araound.

Of course this is the red nosed jock at the mancs.

Stop slagging Roy off all the time. He may not achieve what Fergie has, but he HAS to be given a fair chance. We are and have never been a sacking club, always giving a manager time. This attitude is what spawned the boot room in the first place and helped build our tradidtion as a football club, and academy for good football.

Stop the mindless venting, and start looking at the positives a bit more.

The posse were exposed once again when Reina's interview was sliced up and given a completely new meaning by Ciggy the other day. There's absolutely no need for it whatsoever, nor is there any need for the crocodile tears and mock indignation because Roy called a group of people a group of people and said it doesn't make it easier to win football matches when it so obviously doesn't.

The most baffling part of it all for me is that if people want to stick to the football, there is amunition aplenty to voice concerns. There is absolutely no need whatsoever for the pantomime dramatics and the character assassination.

The most ironic thing of all is that the very people who claim to be the most anti the yanks have been completely duped once again into taking their eyes off the ball. They did it with Rafa and the way it was allowed to be that the fan base was split down the middle, and now they are directing vitriol towards a manager who has had six league matches.

I agree with those who think they've been a disgrace, but I would also add that I think some of their behaviour has been an embarrassment as well. All credibility and moral high ground which they tried to claim under the saga of rafas reign has completely evaporated.

look i have no sympathy for roy he had plenty of time to get a striker its was so obvious were we needed strengthning instead he wastes all the money on the midfield. How can u play in the toughtest league in the world with one main striker and he was injured and please not that no-one was available or not enough money crep!

Or you could put laughing faces in to indicate that anybody who disagrees with you is an idiot.

This Rafa/Roy camp thing has ruined this forum but as long as a few people get their arguments in every time then its not going to stop.

Only way I will change my opinion about him is if he proves that he can handle the job. In 95% of the games we have played he has had a far superior stock of players to choose from compared to the opposition.

He shouldn't be judged on the results against teams like Manu, city and Chelsea but when we play teams like that and we have one or two chances in a whole game something is really messed up. Our players ain't that bad.

The skanks must have felt the same about him as the anti-Roys, as he never won anything of value before going there.
Look what happened to that scotch tw@t.
