well i do feel sorry for him. he never was good enough but when given the chance to join a club like liverpool, as a player you jump at the chance. so no one can blame him for that. he tried, but it was obvious he couldnt hack it at the level we expected our players playing to. it was unfortunate that he was brought here, his abilities were left exposed and i dont think it was his fault. it was roy's.

Leicester is playing some friendlies in Sweden this week. Actually played in my home town today. Won against a team called Sirius 1-3.

Also feel similar.. He didn't demand high wages and he came for a very cheap transfer fee.  He was no good and he knew he wasn't good enough, and even apologized when Lennon made him look like a school girl and scored giving spuds the 2-1 win on us in the 90th minute.

Went to championship as well to keep playing, so kudos to him.

my most vivid memory of him was when we played spurs away, the game was one-one.
out came Lennon, 5 feet 5?
brushed Konchesky away like a 12 yr old gal, n scored at the death.

tat was the moment tat ended his LFC career for me.
