spot on mate. i still hope insua comes back in january as competition for LB is still an issue for me. the way konkesh1te has played for us is no where good enough,his pace is non existant!- the 2nd goal spudz scored will p1ss me off for a long time & it was down to his lack of intelligence posistional wise aswell as pace.

as roy knows him so well from days gone by,he should pull him to one side behind closed doors an give him the biggest b0ll0cking of his life-if still no improvement,which i can't see hapening as much as i'd love to see it,then get rid end of.

Paul Konchesky's already strained relationship with the Liverpool fans has been dealt another blow after it was revealed his mum called them 'scouse scum' on Facebook.

Konchesky's mother Carol also stuck the boot into the team, calling Roy Hodgson's side 's***'.

The Facebook post was written in the early hours of November 14 after Liverpool's disappointing 2-0 defeat to Stoke at the Britannia Stadium.

Mrs Konchesky's status attracted a number of supportive messages from her friends. One claimed 'the Liverpool scum don't know class when it hits them in the face', while another referred to the supporters as 'clueless morons'.

Hodgson spent £4million to bring Konchesky to Fulham in a four-year-deal this summer.

But the 29-year-old, who has also played for West Ham and Charlton, has failed to win over the support of the Liverpool faithful, due in part to the team's worst start to a top-flight campaign in over half-a-century.

Konchesky will face his old club on Saturday, when Fulham travel to Liverpool for the late kick-off.

LIVERPOOL left back Paul Konchesky found himself in an embarrassing fix after LFC fans were branded ‘Scouse scum’ on his mother's Facebook site.

Carol Konchesky, apparently stung by criticism of the former Fulham player, aimed a foul mouthed rant at the club he joined for £4m over the summer.

In a post written on November 14 after Liverpool’s 2-0 defeat to Stoke, but which is today trending on Twitter, Mrs Konchesky told LFC to stop ‘living off the past’ and said her son’s side were: ‘sh*t’.


She drew sympathy from one friend who told her to ignore ‘dirty Scousers’ and ‘clueless morons’, while another said: 'the Liverpool scum don't know class when it hits them in the face'.

The Facebook account, which was open for all to see, was hastily taken down when news began to spread and fans sent in angry messages.

It wasn’t the first anti-Scouse sentiment to emerge from Dagenham-based Mrs Konchesky, who in an earlier post, said the family would not be moving to Liverpool with their son as ‘we don’t like the way they talk’.

Barking-born Konchesky, 29, was a West Ham academy trainee who only crossed the Watford Gap when he followed his former Fulham boss Roy Hodgson to Liverpool in September.

He previously played for Charlton Athletic, West Ham, Tottenham and Fulham.

Konchesky, who now lives in Merseyside, has so far failed to impress during Liverpool’s worst start to a season in fifty years.

Hope in Your Heart said: "My take is that if he wants to keep a tiny chance of saving his Liverpool career, he needs to come out and clearly distance himself from what his relatives have done/said.

Others were expecting a few new chants from the stands when Fulham visit Anfield today.

A club spokesman said: "Mrs Konchensky’s comments are inappropriate and have already been removed from Facebook. This does remain, however, a private family matter."
