Think of it this way: can you think of any player in our squad who would get in the ManUtd starting 11 besides Gerrard and Torres ? If you do then i guess theres no point arguing with you.
Now do it again with the Chelsea starting 11 !

Hypia : Good loyal Servant but Too old as goes to Finnan.

Futhermore if we manage to sell these players , we can buy good players esp in attacking midfield. Look at Man , they got Rooney, Ronado, Nani, Anderson and Tevez , if one of them don't play well , the other four can do the job.

Look at us , we only got torres and SG, that's all . It's about time to sell and buy ( at least 2 ) good attacking midfield (sorry no english as good as them ) like Silva ( I hope we can get him ), Quaresma, Franck Ribery, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Joaquín, Vicente and many more.

If we can get at least 2 or more of that players, we will give them a "hell"

On a more serious note, I think its a little too late to be conducting such mass changes in the transfer market this year (maybe Jan but still could be too risky). Finnan and Hyypia should stay till the end of this year, at least. As for voronin he can move to any club for free and id think we'd have conducted great business. Kuyt is a good squad player but if he can be sold for a reasonable amount (8mill or more) while being replaced with someone better then I wouldnt care much about him leaving.

Well, why put him in a system that isn't workin so far.  It's still early, and theres still time to test it and see it build, but if something looks like it isnt working long enough you cant wait during the league to see it happen!  You might drop points!  At the moment I still want Torres and Keane up top, but if they cant make magic against Sunderland how can you expect magic against the top 3?  If Torres keeps performing well only as a solo striker, Keane would be a wasted buy and maybe should switch position or just be resold.  Cant keep what you dont need, regardless of skill. 

However, most of the stuff in my post is 2 months too early to tell, so in summary, lets wait and see what happens
