No Agger, must still be injured, bit disapointed that Aurelio didnt start at left back since he has been bought to compete for that postion, at least I thought he had?

Good to see Lindfield get a start, after all he is going to be our main striker in the reserves next season so it good for him to get a chance againt a team of men.

Too be honest, Diao has one year left on his contract, it seems that no one in the world wants to buy him and there’s hardly any chance of anyone taking him on loan, Hamann has left, so why not use him as our 5th choice CM this season and let him go at the end of the season. We can use him in the reserves when we need some strength against the big sides, he can come into the first eleven if we suffer major injuries, play in the carling cup, etc. We cant get rid of him so we might as well have him involved this season and then say goodbye.

Shame about the absnese of Guthrie, Hammil and Hobb but I suppose today is about the new big signings.

I was expecting at least Hobbs to be on the bench. Nice to see Peltier though.

Why is Agger injured...is this reccuring form last season or a fresh one. Hes had a few niggling ones so far which has limited him from starting.

It's good to see Lindfield playing, he was superb in the youth cup last season. Rafa has obviously taken note of these players and giving them a chance to see what they can do in pre-season. He's got Antwi, Anderson etc all in the squad.

LFC.tv just says the home kit. The away is not mentioned.
