I never noticed him today, and he is a forward.

He is played more as a winger.

Yes and he is useless as both!

I'd rather play Doris from the melwood canteen up front, than this guy to be honest.

When have you seen him play as a striker?

Sorry mates, thought he was cr@p today and been cr@p since he joined

Average at best and shouldn't be anywhere near our starting eleven. Sterling came on tonight and offered more as a threat

I always prefer to give people a chance but Borini doesnt look up to it for me. If Rodgers insists on playing him then either bring him on for the last half hour or take him off after the first hour.
He is doing the lad no favours by starting him and keeping him on for 80 minutes

He won't score enough goals

He put a shift in tonight but he lacks confidence and belief.

I can't see this being a long term signing even if he is here next season.

Me too mate, I usually wait till christmas, but seriously nothing stands out from him apart from his movement. He obviously can't beat a man, inconsistent in his passing and isn't that great on the ball. He might improve in the future, but I find Suso and Sterling better players than him

Very early days to write him off....he'll get better, I think a goal or two would do him the world of good....a bit like Kuyt.

Hmmmm. Kuyt was one of the most frustrating players ever, but he knew where the net was

I disagree. I think Luis Garcia was the most frustrating. He was rubbish and brilliant all at the same time !

He has been rubbish so far!

Hasn't even looked like scoring in his first hand full of games.

Rodgers needs to send a cracker up his a**e and demand he stops playing like a headless chook and gets into more dangerous positions more often.

Granted he has played out on the wing, he has spent large amounts of time not even being in the game and getting hold of the ball, which is a major conern in this pass, pass, pass game style we are trying to adopt. In a way is a main factor in why we have struggled to win games  :no

12 million on this bloke! You are kidding aren't you BR?!?

We could have got a much better player from South America for a fraction of the price we paid.

While i agree that hes been awful i have to call you on this "better player from South America for a fraction of the price " name 3.

Borini looks out of his depth, confused and dare i say it homesick? No joy in his play at all. Bren talks about Downing needing to fight and stand up well the same should be said to Borini.

Id have Carroll upfront over him any day of the week.
